I practice under my LADC-I (licensed and certified alcohol and drug counselor) under which I am licensed for private practice. My focus is working with people who have substance use dependency or whose lives have been affected by substance use.

Many people who struggle with substance use have underlying mental health challenges.  These can include, but are not limited to, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, unresolved grief, and the effects of a traumatic event or a series of traumatic events. Once the substance is removed recovery can begin.

As a compassionate professional with 9+ years of experience, and 31 years of personal growth in addiction and recovery, I am here to meet you where you are at this moment in time. I get it!  My approach is holistic primarily using motivational interviewing, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapies.
